"Paris or the Bush" is a 2 hour documentary about a remarkable working class rowing eight from Murray Bridge in South Australia. After returning from World War 1 service, "The Cods", as they were  affectionately known, dominated Australian rowing from 1920 - 23, despite age, injury and class obstacles. The Cods eight won three Kings Cups in four years and earned the right to represent Australia at the Olympic Games in Paris in 1924.
